Three-Dimensional Analysis of Oscillating-Water-Column Terminator Devices in Obliquely Incident Waves
A three-dimensional analysis is developed and numerical results are presented concerning the wave-energy absorption by a terminator OWC device consisting of an infinite row of contiguous air-chambers of rectangular Planar form, each chamber being equiped with an independent air-turbine which can be phase-controlled. The water depth is in general finite and the incoming wave is assumed monochromatic and inciding obliquely on the chamber row.
