Zusammenfassung

Durch den Nachweis spezifischer Autoantikörper gegen biochemisch definierte nukleäre und zytoplasmatische Antigene, ist es in den letzten Jahren gelungen, besondere Krankheitsbilder und Verlaufsformen innerhalb des breiten und außerordentlich überlappenden Spektrums der Kollagenosen neu zu erkennen. Dazu gehören Autoantikörper gegen die Nukleoproteine Ul-RNP, Sm, La und Scl-70, gegen ein Zentromer-assoziiertes Protein und gegen das zytoplasmatische Ro-Antigen (Tabelle 1).
