Zusammenfassung

Daß die immunologische Behandlung der Alopecia areata mit Kontaktallergenen eine sehr wirksame Therapie darstellt, ist inzwischen von zahlreichen Arbeitsgruppen gezeigt worden. Wir selbst verwenden seit sechs Jahren kein DNCB mehr, weil die Substanz mutagen ist [3]. In den letzten Jahren haben wir Diphencyprone angewandt [5]. Die Strukturformel der Substanz ist in diesem Band an anderer Stelle dargestellt [4].
