Zusammenfassung
Das Thema „Therapeutische Immunreaktionen“ umfaßt verschiedene Methoden. Der folgende Beitrag befaßt sich speziell mit der topischen Anwendung obligater Kontaktallergene. Im vergangenen Jahrzehnt sind obligate Kontaktallergene versuchsweise eingesetzt worden beim malignen Melanom, bei hartnäckigen vulgären oder plantaren Warzen und bei der Alopecia areata. Daß es sich bei der therapeutischen Anwendung von Kontaktallergenen keineswegs um eine Außenseitermethode handelt, geht hervor aus einer Umfrage, welche die American Academy of Dermatology im Jahre 1982 unter ihren Mitgliedern veranstaltet hat und die zeigt, daß jeder dritte niedergelassene Dermatologe, der an der Umfrage teilgenommen hat, in seiner Praxis regelmäßig DNCB verwendete [15].
