Abstract
Some discussions have been proceeded concerning a future production system. In this paper, we propose the tri-relation forecasting method and automatic ordering system at multi-stage lot production system. The proposed system is based on the concept of fusion system where efficency of production system and worker’s needs and consumer’s needs shall be harmonized. The analyzed submodules are effective as the basis of a highly automated flexible manufacturing system based on fusion system.
