A Study of the Consciousness of the Employees Working for the Subcontract Enterprises of the Automobile Industry in Japan

Abstract

This study is to elucidate the employees’ consciousness in the small-to-medium-sized subcontract enterprises of Japan’s automobile industry quantitatively by the application of Hayashi’s theory of quantification on the data obtained from the employees’ consciousness research conducted by the Ministry of Labour method.
