Computer Aided Design of Organization of Industrial Quality Inspection

Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of organization of the industrial quality inspection and control. The problem consists in assigning a proper quality inspection procedure and a preventive activity to each production phase, taking costs, losses and the defectiveness into consideration.The exact nonlinear and simplified 0–1 optimization models are formulated. The problem of practical applications of the optimization results is discussed. The concept of a computer-aided system for optimization of the quality inspection is presented.
