Zusammenfassung
Alkohol, oder besser alkoholische Getränke und Zigarettenrauch sind diejenigen Suchtstoffe, deren mutagene und karzinogene Wirkungen beim Menschen ausreichend belegt sind. Für Opiumrauch und Marihuanarauch können derartige Wirkungen vermutet werden. LSD ist offenbar weder mutagen noch karzinogen. Andere Suchtstoffe sind im Hinblick auf mögliche mutagene und karzinogene Wirkungen nicht oder unzureichend analysiert und sollen hier keine Erwähnung finden.
