Spectroscopy of Two Dimensional Plasmas in Semiconductor Heterostructures

Abstract

This contribution reviews optical studies of two dimensional plasmas confined in semiconductor heterojunctions and superlattices. Experiments in modulation doped GaAs-(AlGa)As heterostructures are considered.
