Abstract
The dynamics of hot photoexcited carriers in semiconductors are currently receiving considerable interest(1), owing to the possibility of observing time-resolved luminescence spectra, absorption changes or other nonlinear effects, induced by picosecond, and now femtosecond laser pulses.
