2D Pure and Dilute Quantum Transverse Ising Model

Abstract

The quantum critical behaviour of the bond-diluted transverse Ising model on the honeycomb and square lattices at zero temperature is investigated by approximate block renormalisation group transformations.The critical exponents and the critical fields are calculated for both pure and diluted systems.
