Zusammenfassung

Ca. 10% der Beckenfrakturen sind mit Verletzungen der hinteren Harnröhre begleitet. Durch Scherkräfte, die durch Muskelzug bei Beckenfrakturen auftreten, oder durch Knochentrümmer und Splitter kann die hintere Harnröhre im intra- oder extrapelvinen Bereich verletzt werden; allein dadurch können auch Nerven- und Gefäßverletzungen im Beckenbereich verursacht werden, zusätzlich kann auch das bei den Traumen auftretende Hämatom zu Druckschädigung der Nerven- und Blutversorgung führen.
