Phase Transitions on Surfaces

Chapter
Part of the Springer Series in Chemical Physics book series (CHEMICAL, volume 35)

Abstract

Adsorption is one of the most interesting phenomena in surface science. The study of adsorption is of enormous interest in achieving a better understanding of catalysis, semiconductor interfaces, crystal growth, etc.
