Zur Kooperation bei Immunantworten wandern B- und T-Lymphocyten und Makrophagen in die Milz (1). Deshalb konnten in Mäusen mit progredientem Tumorwachstum u.a. zeitabhängige Zu- bzw. Abnahmen der T- und B-Zellzahlen in der Milz beobachtet werden (2).
