Zusammenfassung

Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß nach vorausgegangener Sensibilisierung luminale Antigene im Antrum erkannt werden und eine Stimulation von Verdauungsprozessen in Gang setzen (1). Im Antrum ließen sich auch Bindungsstellen für das Antigen im Propria-Bindegewebe nachweisen. Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchungen war es zu zeigen, ob bei der Antigenerkennung und immunologisch vermittelten Stimulation immunkompetente Zellen des Magens von Bedeutung sind.
