Zusammenfassung

Das maligne Melanom und Melanommetastasen wurden lange Zeit als besonders wenig strahlenempfindlich angesehen. Neue klinische Studien [1–5, 7, 9] und experimentelle Untersuchungen [6, 8] haben gezeigt, daß das maligne Melanom die Strahlenempfindlichkeit von mäßig strahlenempfindlichen Karzinomen, wie z. B. von Plattenepithelkarzinomen, besitzt. Im folgenden wird über das eigene Patientengut der letzten 20 Jahre berichtet.
