Zusammenfassung

Die kombinierte Behandlung der Psoriasis hat im wesentlichen zwei Ziele: Erstens soll durch die gleichzeitige Anwendung von Antipsoriatika mit unterschiedlichen Wirkmechanismen eine schnellere Abheilung und längere Remission bewirkt werden. Zweitens kann bei einer Kombinationstherapie die Dosis oder Konzentration der einzelnen Komponenten reduziert werden, so daß unerwünschte Wirkungen seltener auftreten. Die vorliegende Übersicht will sich auf Kombinationsschemata beschränken, die unter kontrollierten Bedingungen auf ihre Wirksamkeit hin überprüft worden sind.
