Abstract

When considering the place of hormone receptors in a therapeutic strategy against breast cancer, one must be take into account not only our knowledge of the molecular physiology of hormone-dependent tumors or of their clinical aspects but also the numerous questions concerning these receptors which are still unanswered. These various aspects are dealt with below.
