Abstract
The clinical relevance of steroid receptors to operable, locally advanced and disseminated breast cancer is being studied at centres in Great Britain. Protocols have investigated the use of receptors as guides to response to treatment and prognosis and also the relationship of receptors to other prognostic variables.
