Zusammenfassung

Dynamische Vorgänge in lebenden biologischen Systemen lassen sich selten so gut beobachten wie in den Krypten des Darms. Zu einer einfachen Geometrie kommt hier noch ein vergleichsweise schneller Zellzyklus. Aus diesem Grund liegen eine große Menge experimenteller Arbeiten vor, die die verschiedensten meßtechnisch zugänglichen Parameter der Kinetik in Dünndarmkrypten beschreiben. Über die zugrundeliegenden Steuerungsmechanismen gibt es jedoch nur wenige Aussagen.
