Zusammenfassung
Therapiekontrollen können — häufig im nachhinein bei Kollektiven — Bewertungsverfahren oder bei Einzelfällen — während der Therapie — Regelmechanismen sein. Die speziellen Kontrollen in der Transfusionsmedizin sind Prüfvorgänge und müssen nicht selten unter Zeitdruck in jedem Einzelfall vor Therapiebeginn durchgeführt werden. Es sind im Prinzip Abfragen nach Erfülltsein bestimmter Kriterien: Einhalten des Therapieschemas, Identität von bestimmten Blutmerkmalen von Patient und Medikament, Einhaltung festgelegter Laufzeiten. Die in den Stichworten auftauchenden unscharfen Begriffe wie “Kompatibilität” und “Konkordanz” zeigen bereits auf, daß neben einer vollständigen Identität auch Näherungswerte zu berücksichtigen sind.
