Das in dieser Arbeit behandelte mathematische Problem hat seinen Ursprung in folgender Hypothese (GARDEN [5], ALMAGOR [1]):
  • (H) Die Basensequenz des DNS-Moleküls wird durch eine Markov-Informationsquelle

  • (MIQ) endlicher Ordnung erzeugt.
