Zusammenfassung

Vornehmstes Ziel der klinischen Krebsforschung ist die Verbesserung der Therapie und das Streben nach besseren Langzeitergebnissen der Behandlung. Dieses Ziel kann nur erreicht werden, wenn bei jedem Patienten klinische und pathologische Ausgangsbefunde, Therapie und weiterer Verlauf sorgfältig dokumentiert und damit die Voraussetzungen einer späteren statistischen Analyse geschaffen werden.
