Zusammenfassung

Für die Schockbehandlung gilt wie für andere Bereiche der Akutmedizin, daß die Phase der notfallmedizinischen Sofortmaßnahmen zu unterscheiden ist von der Phase der definitiven, intensivmedizinischen Behandlung in der Klinik. Die nachfolgenden Überlegungen zu einer Differentialtherapie des Schocks beziehen sich auf die Behandlung in der Intensivstation und setzen deren personelle und technische Möglichkeiten voraus.
