Zusammenfassung

Prognostische Aussagen über die Nierenbecken-karzinome sind wegen der in allen Kliniken geringen Fallzahlen und einer noch fehlenden einheitlichen Klassifizierung problematisch. Die TNM-Klassifikation der UICC enthält diese Tumoren nicht. Wir haben die Daten von 67 Patienten mit Nierenbeckenkarzinomen, die in den letzten 12 Jahren an unserer Abteilung behandelt wurden, retrospektiv analysiert.
