Zusammenfassung
Der Verlauf eines jeweiligen Nierenzellkarzinoms läßt sich kaum voraussagen, auch dann nicht, wenn schon Metastasen vorliegen. Die Chemo-Hormon- und Strahlentherapie sind kaum hilfreich, so daß bisher kurativ oder palliativ nur die radikale chirurgische Intervention verbleibt.
