Abstract
After the success in increasing productivity in industrial workshops, in transpost services and storage facilities, efforts are being directed to further increasing the productivity of work processes in the office. Office work is characterized by information and communication processes. The end product consists of schedules, decisions, monitoring records and administrative documents.
