Abstract
When productivity in the office is considered, it is usual to compare weighted output (performance) with weighted input (cost). Productivity then stands as a synonym for the term “cost-effectiveness”. A purely quantitative consideration of the input/output relationship has little significance in economic terms, and is unusable for office operations.
