Abstract

Since 1973 isolation perfusion of the extremities has been performed at the Rotterdam Radiotherapeutic Institute, and since 1975 perfusions have been done at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoekhuis in Amsterdam. Since 1977 they have been done at both cancer institutes by the same team using identical techniques and, for melanoma, identical indications.
