Abstract

Cancer of the paranasal sinuses has attracted the attention of head and neck surgeons, otolaryngologists, plastic surgeons, radiotherapists, oncologists, due to its considerable local malignancy and to the major disfiguration is causes. Advanced carcinomas of the paranasal sinuses represent a particularly challenging problem because of the high rate of therapeutic failures.
