Zusammenfassung

Condylomata acuminata (C. a.) sind eine bevorzugte Erkrankung der Anogenitalregion mit einem Häufigkeitsgipfel im frühen Erwachsenenalter [7]. Sie werden von human-papilloma-Viren (Papova-Viren) hervorgerufen, die durch direkten Kontakt übertragen werden. Voraussetzung für das Angehen einer C. a.-Infektion sind Mikroverletzungen von Haut und Schleimhaut, die im Gefolge organischer Krankheitsbilder und/oder entzündlicher Veränderungen auftreten (vgl. Tabelle 1), (Abb. 1).
