Zusammenfassung

Fibrome mit perifollikulärer Anordnung wurden zuerst im Jahre 1925 von Burnier u. Rejsek beschrieben. Die Bezeichnung perifollikuläres Fibrom (P.F.) ist 35 Jahre jünger, stammt von Zackheim u. Pinkus. P.F. sind sehr seltene, multipel oder solitär auftretende organoide Tumoren der mesenchymalen Haarwurzelscheide. Differentialdiagnostisch sind weitere relativ seltene, benigne Neoplasien des Pilarkomplexes wie Trichofollikulome, Trichoepitheliome und vor allem Trichodiscome zu erwähnen [1, 2, 6].
