Zusammenfassung

Die Ausdehnung des malignen Melanoms von einer ortsständigen primär cutanen Neoplasie zu einer das Manifestationsorgan „Haut“ z. T. vollständig verlassenden systemischen Erkrankung erfordert hinsichtlich therapeutischer Ansätze, daß die primär locoregionär orientierten Maßnahmen durch den Einsatz systemischer Behandlungsmodalitäten erweitert werden.
