Zusammenfassung

Lithium hat sich als Medikament der Wahl bei manisch-depressiven Psychosen durchgesetzt [1, 7]. Nebenwirkungen können alle Organsysteme betreffen, so auch die Haut [1, 4]. Es wird über das Auftreten einer Akne papulopustulosa unter Lithiumtherapie berichtet. Wirkung und Nebenwirkungen von Lithium, besonders an der Haut, werden besprochen.
