Zusammenfassung
Intermediäre Filamente (IF) zählen zusammen mit den Mikrofilamenten und den Mikrotubuli zum Zytoskelett. Als „intermediär“ werden sie bezeichnet, weil die Größe ihres Durchmessers zwischen dem der beiden anderen Zytoskelettkomponenten liegt. Auf Grund ihrer Antigeneigenschaften werden mehrere Subklassen unterschieden, z. B. IF von Muskelzellen, Fibroblasten, Nervenzellen und Epithelzellen [7]. Bei der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurden Antikörper (AK) gegen IF von Keratinozyten und Fibroblasten zur Zytodiagnostik an der Haut eingesetzt.
