Zusammenfassung
In diesem Abschnitt werden wir auf spezielle methodologische Fragen der Modellbildung im Gesundheitswesen eingehen, die teilweise schon im voranstehenden Kapitel über die Bewertung der Modelle angeklungen sind. Wir beginnen mit der Problematik der Zieldefinition in Gesundheitssystemen, wobei Gesundheitsindizes im Mittelpunkt des Interesses stehen, erörtern danach Ansätze zur methodischen Behandlung von multiplen Zielkriterien, die in Systemen des Gesundheitswesens häufig auftreten, kommen dann zu den Schwierigkeiten der Datenbeschaffung in diesem Bereich und diskutieren anschließend die äußerst bedeutsame Validitätsproblematik in der mathematischen Modellbildung.
