Zusammenfassung

Ursache der Cystinsteinbildung ist die stets nachweisbare Cystinurie. Durch zwei Behand-lungsprinzipien läßt sich die Steinbildung vermeiden:

  1. 1.

    Durch Senkung der Cystinkonzentration im Urin.

  2. 2.

    Durch Verbesserung der Löslichkeit für Cystin.
