Zusammenfassung

Bisher wurde davon ausgegangen, daß ca. 80% der Impotenz psychogener Natur ist. Dies erscheint nach neuen Veröffentlichungen bei gezielter somatischer Diagnostik nicht mehr haltbar (Übersicht bei [1]). Neben anderen Faktoren kommt insbesondere der Penisdurchblutung in der Ätiologie der erektilen Impotenz ein zentraler Stellenwert zu [2. 3].
