Erfahrungen bei der operativen Behandlung des Priapismus

Zusammenfassung

Seit 1973 wurden in der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover 14 Patienten mit Priapismus behandelt. Bei 8 Patienten handelte es sich um einen primären oder idiopathischen Priapimus, 3 Patienten litten an Leukosen, bei 2 Patienten trat der Priapismus im Verlauf von Thrombosen der unteren Extremitäten und bei einem elfjährigen Jungen im zeitlichen Zusammenhang mit einem abszedierenden Insektenstich auf.
