Zusammenfassung

Parameteale Zysten werden in der Literatur vereinzelt beschrieben [3, 7, 15, 18]. Der Fall eines adenomartigen, soliden Tumors der paraurethralen Drüsen der glans penis war Anlaß, zur Pathogenese und Klinik dieser Erkrankung Stellung zu nehmen.
