Zusammenfassung
Ein exakter Parameter zur Beurteilung des Therapieerfolges beim primär konservativ behandelten Prostatakarzinom fehlt zur Zeit. Vorallem nach Bestrahlung, aber auch nach Hormonbehandlung kann Progression der Erkrankung mit Sicherheit nur festgestellt werden, wenn Fernmetastasen auftreten, ein lokales Rezidiv ist schwer zu definieren.
