Östrogen-induzierte Gerinnungsstörung bei Prostata-Carcinom-Patienten?

Zusammenfassung

Die Möglichen Nebenwirkungen der Östrogen Therapie sowie deren Dosis-Abhängigkeit ist seit den VACURG –Studien [3,23] vielfach dokumentiert. Im eigen en Krankengut beobachten wir wider holt thrombembolische Komplikkationen die während der initialen therapie mit Diäthyl-Stilböstrol-Diphosphat (DES-DP, Hon- van®) bei einer Dosierung von 3 g i. v./die auftraten. Systematische Verlaufskontrollen relevanter Gerinnungsparameter bei diesen Patienten liegen jedoch nicht vor. Nach Reduktion der Dosis auf 1,8 g/die konnten wir klinisch thrombembolische Komplikationen nicht mehr beobachten.
