Zusammenfassung

In den letzten 10–15 Jahren können wir — wenn auch vereinzelt — über Beobachtungen lesen, die sich mit den tumorösen Komplikationen — vornehmlich — älterer PCT-Kranker befassen. Beim Versuch, diese klinischen und pathologischen Daten zu systematisieren, zeigt es sich, daß die große Mehrzahl davon mit der im höheren Alter auftretenden innerorganischen metastatischen Krebsbildung, nicht aber mit der porphyrischen Grundkrankheit in Beziehung zu bringen ist.
