Zusammenfassung
Warzige Melanomformen haben wir früher als lokalisationsbedingte Variante des „superficial spreading melanoma“ (ssm) angesehen [5]. Clark hatte sie 1966 zuerst als vierte, eigenständige Melanomform herausgestellt [3]. Er beschreibt die Zellen dieses Tumors als denen des ssm ähnlich. Mahrle et al. [7] klassifizieren einen warzigen Tumor am Unterschenkel als verruköses Lentigo-maligna-Melanom.
