Zusammenfassung

Die Livedo racemosa (L. r.) wurde im Jahre 1907 von dem Wiener Dermatologen Ehrmann erstmals beschrieben [2]. Röckl und Metz [3] trennten das Symptom Li-vedo in eine symptomatische und in eine idiopathische Form [23]. Die letztere Form ist selten. Auf ein gemeinsames Vorkommen der idiopathischen L. r. mit zerebrovaskulären Störungen machten bisher Church 1962 [1], Sneddon 1967 [5] und Rumpl und Rumpl 1979 [4] aufmerksam.
