Zusammenfassung

Neben der offensichtlich weltweit beobachteten Zunahme von malignen Melanomen [9] ist in den letzten Jahren von klinisch-epidemiologischer Seite insbesondere auf zwei Aspekte aufmerksam gemacht worden, die zumindest teilweise den Häufigkeitsanstieg mit erklären können, nämlich erstens eine genetische Disposition der Melanomträger und zweitens eine fragliche Infektiosität dieser Tumoren.
