Abstract
It is well known that the conductivity of n-type InSb is metallic in zero magnetic field when the carrier density is larger than 1014 cm-3.Some authors [1] have suggested that such a behaviour is governed by an impurity band separated from the conduction band. Others [2] have estimated that impurity states have been merged with the conduction band.
The experiments have been performed at the S.N.C.I.-CNRS -GRENOBLE-FRANCE
