Zusammenfassung
Die Lagerung des Patienten hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab: Bevorzugte Technik der Klinik, Allgemeinzustand des Kranken, anästhesiologische Notwendigkeiten, Grundleiden, Tumorausdehnung. Während sich für einen Bandscheibeneingriff die hockende »Häschen«-Stellung immer mehr durchgesetzt hat, lassen sich die Mehrzahl der Tumoren bequem in Seitenlage operieren. »Bequem« gilt für alle Beteiligten, also auch für den Patienten. Der Operationstisch wird dabei zusätzlich um seine Längsachse zur Ventralseite des Kranken gekippt. Der Grad des Anziehens der Beine wird durch die Höhe der Laminektomie bestimmt; sie werden stärker angezogen, je weiter lumbal operiert wird. Zervikale Laminektomien erfolgen am besten sitzend.
