Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag wird ein stochastisches Modell für die Granulopoese vorgestellt. Dieses Modell läßt in einer etwas erweiterten Form dann auch die gleichzeitige Betrachtung einer normalen und einer malignen Teilpopulation und der daraus entstehenden Kompetitionsphänomene zu. Dabei werden aber die wahrscheinlichkeitstheoretischen Aspekte dieses Modells bewuBt vernachlassigt, da schon eine ausfüihrliche exakte Definition als kontrollierter stochastischer Prozess den Rahmen dieses Vortrages sprengen würde.
