Die abakterielle, nicht gonorrhoische, sogenannte unspezifische Urethritis ist eine weltweit verbreitete, sehr häufige Erkrankung von multipler Ätiologie, deren Diagnostik auch heute noch mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten belastet ist und daher leider nur selten angestrebt wird.
